If you have any problems at all with your new kitten, please contact PawsPlus Maine Coons as soon as possible.  This can be done by contacting us either at feedback@pawsplusmainecoons.com, or by telephone. NO cash refunds will be made without an official vet report, but a  kitten of similar quality from the next available litter maybe be offered  as a replacement.

Sickness in your kitten.

Should you have any concerns about the health of your kitten please contact us at feedback@pawsplusmainecoons.com or telephone and if needed consult a veterinarian.  Here at PawsPlus Maine Coons we try to breed healthy, well socialized kittens, but sometimes something may go wrong through no fault of the breeding or upbringing.

If you believe the kitten has an illness/problem from our cattery, please contact us and consult a vet within 5 days of picking up your new kitten.  PawsPlus will make no cash refunds without an official veterianan report. If after the 5 days the kitten becomes seriously ill, dies or shows signs of a genetic defect, we may replace the kitten with a similar quality kitten from the next available litter, or offer a discount on another kitten, depending on the time frame.
